Fringe starts its 15th anniversary with Taste of Prohibition: Minnesota Fringe Festival kicks off its 15th anniversary celebration with its Taste of Prohibition event. As Fringe heads into 2008, it announced final numbers for the 2007 season and a new staff structure today.
